Is Aventura worth moving to in 2026?

Hey folks, Just moved here 5 months ago and Homes are going for about $416,300 on average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Appreciate any input. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I'm still on the fence after all this time. Good luck with whatever you decide..
