Been meaning to ask this. We have two kids and It's a a small town city with about 6,364 people. Household incomes average around $53,085 in Avra Valley. Median household income is $53,085, which feels on the lower side for the area. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. Would love some local perspective. Thanks! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
