Healthcare options in Baldwinsville?

Hey, It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Anyone in a similar situation?

We moved here with our family and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Schools in Fairview area are improving. Kids love it here.

Bought a house here in 2024 and I genuinely enjoy living here. Property values have gone about the same since then.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value cost of living, you'll love it. The school system is genuinely pretty good and I've found it's not perfect but it works for me. My neighborhood (Highland) is reasonable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Salt Lake City, be prepared for the culture shock. pet-friendliness is completely different here. And Chain restaurants dominate.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

If you value healthcare, you'll love it. The cost of living is genuinely solid and I've found I genuinely enjoy living here. My neighborhood (Springfield) is pricey and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from New York, be prepared for the culture shock. food scene is completely different here. And Urban sprawl is real.

As someone who grew up here, I genuinely enjoy living here. A lot has changed in the past few years though. dating scene used to be much manageable but now it's decent.
