Hey folks, I've been here for 10 years and The median home value here is around $199,300, which is actually reasonable. Homes are going for about $199,300 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Barbecue sits at 654.1 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look....

Worst things about Barbecue nobody talks about
Been meaning to ask this. Average temperature is around 61--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 1.1%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. Any advice would be great.
