Hey folks, I've been here for 10 years and The median home value here is around $199,300, which is actually reasonable. Homes are going for about $199,300 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Barbecue sits at 654.1 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. Is this normal for Barbecue? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
