Hey, Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. Rent is about $2,320/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $307,100 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The suburbs are where most families end up. Let me know your thoughts. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
