Thinking about relocating to Battlefield from Sacramento

Longtime lurker here, I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Thanks in advance! The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Been meaning to ask this. Average temperature is around 56--F, so the weather is moderate. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
