Anyone else feel this way? I work in construction and Homes are going for about $478,900 on average. Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Does this match your experience? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
