Moving from Orlando to Belmont next month

Random thought, I'm retired and Household incomes average around $232,879 in Belmont. With a population of 9,525, Belmont is a small town. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Thoughts? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Hey, Born and raised here. The median home value here is around $807,100, which is pretty steep. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What are your go-to spots? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
