Planning a move to Belmont -neighborhoods?

Hey everyone, Household incomes average around $232,879 in Belmont. The unemployment rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Has anyone dealt with this?

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a sales manager who relocated here from Miami about 2 years ago. The main reasons were school and work.

Pros I've experienced:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Good schools in most areas
- Close to major attractions

Cons that are real:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Road conditions need improvement

Financially, we've found it hit or miss compared to where we came from. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts. Groceries are established, gas is underrated.

Socially, it exceeded my expectations. No regrets on my end..
