Been meaning to ask this. Just moved here 9 months ago and It's a a small town city with about 5,331 people. Rent is about $759/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks for reading.
