Berea is underrated, change my mind
Anyone else feel this way? Median household income is $48,104, which feels on the lower side for the area. Homes are going for about $187,200 on average. Poverty rate is 19.3%, which is higher than I expected. Rent is about $1,032/month for a decent place. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
