Biggest downsides of living in Berea?

Average temperature is around 60--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 19.3%, which is higher than I expected. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I'm a 26-year-old project manager and Homes are going for about $187,200 on average. The unemployment rate is 4.1%, which is about average. The weather takes some getting used to. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance! It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
