Alright, Poverty rate is 3.4%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Berthoud sits at 70.9 per 100K. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Anyone in a similar situation?

Came here for quality of life and stayed because there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The school system is honestly pretty good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are hit or miss, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
