Curious what people think. I've been here for 18 years and It's a a small town city with about 11,684 people. The unemployment rate is 1.3%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,708/month for a decent place. With a population of 11,684, Berthoud is a small town. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
