Hi all, My partner and I are With a population of 1,631, Beverly Hills is a small town. The median home value here is around $116,500, which is actually reasonable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Is this normal for Beverly Hills? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
