OK so I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Crime rate is something to consider — Birmingham sits at 1,588.3 per 100K. Median household income is $44,376, which feels on the lower side for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Thanks!
