Curious what people think. You can expect to pay around $1,047 for rent here. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Would love some local perspective. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much.

I've been living here for 13 years and I'd say I genuinely enjoy living here. The school system is challenging compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is healthcare. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Worth doing your research before committing.
