Random thought, I'm single, late 40s, and Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Any advice would be great. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
