Dog-friendly places in Black Diamond?

So, My partner and I are Poverty rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $2,340 for rent here. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Thoughts? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
