Cost of living reality check -Blair

First post here. Been living here since 2019. It's a a small town city with about 7,868 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Anyone in a similar situation?

I've been living here for 1 years and I'd say the quality of life is solid. The cultural scene is solid compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.
