Cost of living reality check -Blair

First post here. Been living here since 2019. It's a a small town city with about 7,868 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Anyone in a similar situation?

Thinking about relocating to Blair from Baltimore

So, Been living here since 2015. Homes are going for about $211,000 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Am I overthinking this? The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
