First post here. My partner and I are It's a a small town city with about 7,546 people. Median household income is $109,775, which feels pretty solid for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. Should I be concerned? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
