Best areas to explore in Bluffton?

So, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 4.8%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. With a population of 10,539, Bluffton is a small town. The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Anyone in a similar situation? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I work in education here and it's exactly what I was looking for. The job market for my field is solid. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
