What I wish I knew before living in Bluffton

Anyone else feel this way? I'm retired and Rent is about $816/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $816 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks! There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

Is it worth buying in Bluffton?

Random thought, I'm a college student here and Poverty rate is 4.8%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to.
