So, With a population of 14,888, Boulder City is a small town. The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 6.7%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

- Good airport connections

Cons:
- Limited nightlife
- Boring for young people
- Poor road conditions
Has anyone dealt with this? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to.
