I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 3.2%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Thoughts? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
Random thought, Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance!
