Anyone regret moving to Boulder Hill?

Anyone else feel this way? It's a a small town city with about 9,127 people. Any help is appreciated.

Came here for work and stayed because it's improved dramatically in recent years. The nightlife is honestly pretty good and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Compared to LA it's hit or miss.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value traffic, you'll love it. The cultural scene is genuinely pretty good and I've found it's been a really good experience overall. My neighborhood (The Heights) is manageable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from San Francisco, be prepared for the culture shock. healthcare is completely different here. And Limited entertainment options.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

I work in consulting here and it's been a really good experience overall. The job market for my field is underrated. Good luck with whatever you decide..
