Best and worst neighborhoods in Bradley

OK so I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks! It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Compared to Dallas it's pretty good.
