Honest thoughts on life in Bradley

Hi all, Average temperature is around 51--F, so expect cold winters. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What do you all think? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Random thought, I work in insurance and Rent is about $1,181/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $62,940 in Bradley. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Thoughts?
