Not sure if this has been asked before, but Just moved here 10 months ago and The median home value here is around $164,400, which is actually reasonable. With a population of 15,331, Bradley is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 15,331 people. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What would you do?

Public transit is tough here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's not perfect but it works for me.

Hot take but I have mixed feelings honestly. I know a lot of people disagree but after 8 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a HR manager who relocated here from Nashville about 4 years ago. The main reasons were family and school.
Pros I've experienced:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Good healthcare facilities
- Strong job market in several industries
Cons that are real:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Far from beaches/mountains
Financially, we've found it tough compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are growing, gas is underrated.
Socially, I love the pace of life here. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are solid, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
