Considering Bradley vs Salt Lake City -help me decide

Hey folks, Poverty rate is 5.8%, which is pretty low. With a population of 15,331, Bradley is a small town. The median home value here is around $164,400, which is actually reasonable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I overthinking this? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
