Is it worth buying in Brainerd?
OK so We have two kids and You can expect to pay around $848 for rent here. It's a a small town city with about 14,474 people. Homes are going for about $178,600 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
