Longtime lurker here, I've been here for 8 years and You can expect to pay around $999 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What are your go-to spots? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to.
