Planning a move to Branson -neighborhoods?

Hi all, Rent is about $999/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 12,760 people. Homes are going for about $237,900 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

I've been living here for 12 years and I'd say it's not perfect but it works for me. The pet-friendliness is challenging compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I'm still on the fence after all this time. Hope this helps!.
