Hey folks, I've been here for 8 years and Rent is about $1,380/month for a decent place. Median household income is $86,641, which feels pretty solid for the area. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Let me know your thoughts.
