Biggest downsides of living in Buckner?

Hey folks, Been living here since 2005. Average temperature is around 55--F, so the weather is moderate. Homes are going for about $389,900 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. The city has invested a lot in new development. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
