Anyone else feel this way? We're a young couple and Median household income is $113,036, which feels pretty solid for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,326 for rent here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I wrong here? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
