Most overrated things about Budd Lake

Alright, I'm a remote worker and Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. You can expect to pay around $1,326 for rent here. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Am I wrong here? Thanks for reading. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
