Things Bull Valley needs to improve

Anyone else feel this way? We have two kids and Poverty rate is 5.3%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 1,121 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not pe...
