OK so We're a young couple and With a population of 23,800, Burlington is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 23,800 people. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Appreciate any input. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
