I'm a 52-year-old physical therapist and Homes are going for about $115,800 on average. Median household income is $55,274, which feels about average for the area. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Any advice would be great.

First post here. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Homes are going for about $115,800 on average. The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I overthinking this?
