Why I chose Burlington over bigger cities

Random thought, What neighborhoods would you suggest? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem average.

I've been here 8 years and the quality of life is solid. The thing nobody mentions is traffic. It's developing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the pet-friendliness is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is tough.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Meadowbrook side vs the Highland side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
