Been meaning to ask this. I'm originally from Tampa and Rent is about $1,442/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 18,090 people. The unemployment rate is 1.4%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
