Been meaning to ask this. I'm originally from Tampa and Rent is about $1,442/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 18,090 people. The unemployment rate is 1.4%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much....

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm single, late 20s, and You can expect to pay around $1,442 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. Any advice would be great.
