Hello, Been living here since 2024. With a population of 1,872, Caldwell is a small town. Homes are going for about $114,000 on average. You can expect to pay around $608 for rent here. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Worth the trade-offs? The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
