Hello, We have two kids and Homes are going for about $191,900 on average. With a population of 4,238, Caldwell is a small town. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The suburbs are where most families end up.
