I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $229,400 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. Any advice would be great. Appreciate any input. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
