Hey everyone, I'm a college student here and The unemployment rate is 3.8%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 50--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $97,400 on average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
