Longtime lurker here, Been living here since 2009. It's a a small town city with about 11,523 people. You can expect to pay around $657 for rent here. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Let me know your thoughts.
